Grow your relational leadership skills

Most approaches to leadership focus on left-brain tasks: vision-casting, strategy, organizing, etc. These are all important. But the most effective leaders are those who cultivate and practice healthy right-brain habits and skills.

In the book, Rare Leadership, Dr. Marcus Warner and Dr. Jim Wilder integrate biblical theology, cutting-edge brain science, and decades of ministry experience to share a new model for healthy and effective leadership.

Now you can hear Dr. Marcus Warner unpack the core principles of the Rare Leadership model in this online course.

In this course you will learn how to:

  • Cultivate emotional maturity in yourself and others.
  • Develop the four habits of R.A.R.E. leaders.
  • Promote a strong group identity.
  • Keep relationships bigger than problems.
  • Increase joy, trust, and engagement in the people you lead.

Whether you are in a formal leadership position or not, this course will equip you to grow in emotional maturity and relational skills that will enable you to lead others, and yourself, in more effective and sustainable ways.
